Learn Yoga’s deep roots in the traditional style of Hatha to achieve a strong classical foundation. Explore the modern evolution of yoga with styles such as Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Yin, plus workshops in Aerial, Acro and SUP yoga. Discover your true self through philosophy and meditation.
